Tony brings over two decades of construction experience to Schaefer in his role as a Project Manager. When he entered the field, he worked in carpentry, and as a Assistant Superintendent; after having been in the industry, for ten years, he had excelled in his career, taking the path of Estimator and Superintendent, and later as a Project manager. He has worked in the southern United States and on projects crossing the market sectors of Secondary Education, Faith-based institutions, Public- and Private-sector commercial projects. Tony’s approach to projects utilizes his experience working on design-build projects, thus working with design and engineering professionals comes naturally to him. He is detailed, developing project delivery teams, and realistic schedules and budgets with owners. Safety, compliance, performance, and reporting are important to him as he provides leadership and oversight.
