Baptist Terrace Apartments

Baptist Terrace is comprised of 197 studio and one-bedroom apartments specially designed to provide the area’s senior’s with quality affordable senior housing. This 14-story community is located in Downtown Orlando with access to transportation, shopping and medical facilities. Schaefer was hired by the new owner to give the 50+ year old community a much needed facelift. When complete, residents will have updated kitchens, and bathrooms with new safety and ADA upgrades, as well as new energy efficient windows and mechanical systems.
