Cyndee A. Dornblaser, CPSM

Cyndee joined Schaefer’s Florida office in 2021 and brings 30 years of business development and marketing experience to the team. She is responsible for ensuring effective development and execution of Schaefer’s vision, mission and brand promise while also delivering on Strategic Guidance that position’s Schaefer for long-term success and expansion in the Florida marketplace.

Cyndee has consistently been involved in the A/E/C industry since her career began. She first began her career in the architecture field and moved through the ranks from architecture, to civil engineering, geotechnical, transportation, environmental and finally into construction which is her “true love”.  “Growing up in a construction family, led by my mom, it was inevitable I would find a career in the construction industry.”

Cyndee is involved in a number of professional organizations and when she’s not working, she runs a non-profit Theatre company and likes to spend her down time landscaping.
