JIM SCHAEFER,
President / CEO
Jim is a "Can Do" kind of guy. He represents the second generation of SCHAEFER Construction, having been with the company since 1976. Early in his career, he was the driving force behind broadening SCHAEFER's scope from purely residential to commercial construction. With the acquisition of a pilot's license and personal aircraft, Jim has also broadened our geographical reach. With over 30 years of experience in all phases of construction, design and leadership, Jim has learned the value of surrounding himself with good people . . . experts, who know their craft and do it well. PEARY WILSON,
Vice President
Many of our jobs come to us from former clients because they love working with Peary! He's an expert at developing and maintaining great relationships. Peary is a man of his word. He's a stickler for detail and high quality performance, and he doesn't settle for anything less than a superior result for his clients! He joined SCHAEFER in 1989 after completing college. He's worked in virtually every position over the years, and now successfully serves as Vice President. His proven leadership abilities have helped Peary successfully manage hundreds of projects, and his input is invaluable to the daily operations of the business.

Mike is SCHAEFER's efficiency champion . . . his talents for multi-tasking, organization and attention to detail are second to none. Having been both a business owner and a Project Manager, Mike offers over 17 years of experience in commercial construction. He is also our LEED-certified "green" building expert. Chuck is a man with a lot of energy, and that is evident in the way he approaches his projects and manages his team. He's a hands-on kind of guy who loves to be on the job site making sure things are moving along smoothly. Chuck has over 17 years of experience as a Project Manager, working in all facets of commercial construction.
